Manny Rivera is a 13-year-old Mexican boy who resides in Miracle City and comes from a family full of superheroes -- in fact, Manny himself has superpowers and owns a belt that gives him access to them at the turn of the buckle. His intentions are complicated, however, by the mixed messages he receives from his good superhero father, White Pantera, and his supervillian grandfather, known as Puma Loco.
