Doctor Who: The Power of Kroll

  (1978)
In this episode, the Doctor (Tom Baker) comes face to face with the Swampies -- people who were removed from their native land and placed in reservations or used as slaves. Baker's brilliantly witty portrayal of the Doctor (at one point, he breaks off a reed at the edge of a pond and proceeds to play the final movement to a Bach flute concerto on it!) more than makes up for the marginal production values.
