This collection rounds up the earliest episodes from the long-running "Doctor Who" series, starring William Hartnell as the time-traveling scientist. In "An Unearthly Child," the Doctor and his granddaughter transport two teachers to the Paleolithic age; in "The Daleks," the travelers have their first run-in with the aliens that will become their nemeses; and in "The Edge of Destruction," the TARDIS experiences technical difficulties.
