When his time-traveling Tardis machine accidentally sends him, his two granddaughters (Jennie Linden and Roberta Tovey) and one of their boyfriends (Roy Castle) hurtling through space and time to planet Skaro, it's up to Dr. Who (Peter Cushing) to find their way safely home. But before they can go anywhere, the travelers must help the peaceful Thals defeat the menacing metallic Daleks and save Skaro from utter ruin.
