Blessed be the ties that bind, unless money's involved. That's the case, it seems, when Johnny (Sean Patrick Flannery) attempts to bridge the gap between him and his estranged dad, Jacob (Roy Scheider), whose diamond empire teeters on the verge of ruin. But the business only serves to threaten their tenuous bond, especially when Johnny winds up competing with half-brother Benedict (Michael Easton) for the tender Tracy's (Alyssa Milano) love.
