Predatory sadomasochist Capt. Howdy (aptly played by Dee Snider, former Twisted Sister frontman) scours the Internet chat rooms for vulnerable teenage girls to lure them to his torture chamber. When Genevieve (Linda Cardellini), the daughter of veteran cop Mike Gage (Kevin Gage), disappears after hooking up with Howdy, the desperate detective engages in a cyberspace cat-and-mouse game with the stalker as the clock ticks down on Genevieve.
