It's 2023, and Hayden Cale (Ely Pouget) is the new CEO of weapons manufacturer Chaank Industries. When she learns that the company is secretly developing the ultimate killing machine -- a half-man, half-machine monster that tracks its victims by sensing fear -- she tries to get rid of both the weapon and its creator, Jack Dante (Brad Dourif). The beast, however, gets unleashed, and Cale must be fearless in pursuit of the monster.
