But as a bitter custody battle brews, her already fragile emotional state begins to deteriorate, a situation exacerbated by the weird noises, inexplicable leaks and haunting visions invading her dilapidated apartment. Are the eerie happenings all in Dahlia's head -- or is the building harboring dark secrets from the past?
