In this film based on best-selling author Danielle Steel's novel, life couldn't be better for Rafaella (Stacy Haiduk), a young woman completely in love with her older husband, John (Darren McGavin). But when he falls gravely ill, Rafaella's life becomes a sad and solitary existence of caring for her husband's needs around the clock. So, when she meets Alex Hale (Robert Urich), a handsome man who makes her feel again, it's no wonder she's torn.
