FBI Agent Jason Chandler (Patrick Muldoon) gets more than he bargained for when he probes a string of homicides committed against … serial murderers. He discovers a pattern among the executions while tracking a psychotic killer (C. Thomas Howell) and begins to suspect the Red Team -- Chandler's elite FBI unit -- of the vigilante killings. Unable to trust anyone, he turns to his retired mentor (Fred Ward) for help in this direct-to-video thriller.
