With a mountain of stolen drugs at their disposal, Hector, Dorena and Merle make plans to set up an underground meth lab at an abandoned farmhouse and rake in the profits. But soon after they arrive at the isolated site, they discover they're not alone -- and they're a long way from anyone who can hear them scream. Destined to die, the junkies hit their stash of narcotics to help stave off their fear, which only intensifies the experience.
