Notorious con man King (Andy Lau), the successor to the original God of Gamblers, is imprisoned after he mistakenly kills an assassin. Upon his release, King tries to regain his crown with a plot to win money from a successful gambling banker and his cunning assistant (Waise Lee). But it doesn't take long for King's past to catch up with him in this action-adventure continuation of the God of Gamblers saga.
