Detective Lilly Rush (Kathryn Morris) finally finds her niche within the male-dominated Philadelphia homicide department by taking on unsolved murders that have eluded her predecessors: the so-called "cold case" files. She soon discovers, however, that trying to resuscitate details for events long forgotten or buried is much harder than she first thought -- though the rewards are bigger than she ever expected. Co-stars John Finn and Danny Pino.
