After unfairly losing his title, Tae Kwon Do World Champ Kim Seung-Hyun (Lee Dong-jun) winds up cage fighting in Vegas. At the same time, his wife dies while giving birth to a girl in Korea, so Kim returns to raise his daughter and finds works as a cop. Years later, he loses his job and returns to illegal fighting -- but this time, he's blackmailed, his daughter's life is at stake, and a woman from his past reappears. Steven Seagal also stars.
