When she learns that her closest friend and lover, Tom O'Donnell (Sean Patrick Flanery), is the chief suspect in the brutal slaying of a dear relative, ordinary citizen Jane Alexander (Ally Sheedy) will stop at nothing to track him down and discover the truth. But as she closes in on her quarry, she realizes that she might be next on the murderer's hit list. Armand Mastroianni directs and rocker Meat Loaf co-stars in this drama based on a true story.
