Thai kickboxing champion Dida Diafat plays a thinly veiled version of himself in this riveting action drama based on his autobiography. When a Thai boxing instructor (Bernard Giraudeau) convinces a young convict (Diafat) to attend a renowned Bangkok kickboxing camp, the disaffected young man agrees -- only to discover they don't want him because he's French. Against the odds, he rallies to become one of the best fighters in the world.
