Adopted by a couple living in upscale New York City digs, orphans Sal (Makenzie Vega) and Ray (Abigail Breslin) find their joy cut short in director Robert Vince's family-friendly tale. When dog-lover Sal discovers that the siblings' new apartment forbids pets, she volunteers at an animal shelter -- where she falls in love with a Great Dane pup dubbed Chestnut ... and brings him home. But how do you hide a growing Great Dane from the neighbors?
