The Chelsea Hotel in New York City used to be the place to live for New York artists. Mark Twain, Tennessee Williams, Arthur Miller, Bob Dylan and Jimi Hendrix all passed through the hotel's halls, and even though the iron façade is now rusty, new dreamers still come every day, seeking inspiration from the ghosts of the past. This movie follows five stories in a single day at the famed hotel.
