Director Steven Soderbergh recounts the events of the Cuban revolution, in which Guevara, Fidel Castro (Demiàn Bichir), Tamara Bunke (Franka Potente) and other revolutionaries worked to overthrow the dictatorship of Fulgencio Batista.
