Charlie the Lonesome Cougar

Filmed in 1967 in the Pacific Northwest's Cascade Mountains, this adventure follows a forest-dweller named Jess who takes in a young cougar deserted by his mother, naming the cub Charlie and raising him to a full-grown cougar. As Charlie gets older, he becomes a part of Jess's community, often getting into mischievous situations. But when Charlie grows too big for the small town, will Jess have to let his dear friend go in the wild?
