In the sleepy Pennsylvania hamlet of Oxford, not much happens -- that is, until farmers start cultivating marijuana and selling it at a substantial profit to pay their debts. Everything seems to be going fine till the Drug Enforcement Administration shows up to smoke out the hash growers. Pressure mounts to conceal the illegal crop, and the townsfolk soon find themselves caught in a tangled web of intrigue.
