Funnyman Bob Hope impersonates legendary lover Casanova (Vincent Price) in 18th century Venice, all so he can woo a beautiful noblewoman (Joan Fontaine) who's caught his eye. One of Bob's biggest film hits from the 1950s, with plenty of off-kilter comedy and liberally spiced with Hope's usual hilarious non sequiturs. Raymond Burr, Basil Rathbone and Audrey Dalton co-star. Comedy veteran Norman Z. McLeod directs.
