A brilliant geneticist (Diane Ladd) plans to unleash a deadly virus on the world's population in order to rid Earth of humans and repopulate the planet with the new strain of dinosaurs she's developed. A security guard (Harrison Page) and an environmentalist (Jennifer Runyon) are the only ones who stand in her way in this camp classic produced by B movie king Roger Corman and based on the novel by John Brosnan.
