Rachel Sutherland (Natasha Henstridge) is an ornithologist who enjoys simple pleasures -- until, that is, she meets David McMillan (Johnathon Schaech), a handsome and intriguing FBI agent who's leading a stakeout team based in Rachel's apartment. When Rachel learns that David's team is actually out to assassinate South African leader Nelson Mandela, she must work covertly to save a nation's leader as well as herself in this suspense thriller.
