Loosely based on the book A Mother's Gift by Britney and Lynne Spears, this is the story of Holly (Lindsey Haun), who wants nothing more than to be a star. She has what it takes, but can't break free from life in small-town Texas -- until she gets the opportunity to attend music school on the East Coast. Her path to fame is not an easy one, and along the way she learns that being a star isn't about celebrity, but about friends and loved ones.
