What starts as an average homicide quickly becomes multiple murders by a serial killer, and officers Max Garrett (Stephen Baldwin) and Eddie Fulton (Charles Malik Whitfield) are assigned to the case. They realize the killer's obsessed with erotic photographer Laura Cross (Kristy Swanson) and must ensure her safety, but when Garrett begins to have feelings for her, he finds himself headed down a deadly path that might lead the killer right to him.
