Jimmy's (James Stanek) ambition in life is to get out of Brooklyn and avoid the criminal lifestyle for which he seems destined. To that end, he follows his dreams of becoming an actor and lands a role in a Shakespearean production. But being center stage might not be such a good idea when Jimmy witnesses a brutal mob murder. Olympia Dukakis co-stars as the theater director who sees potential in the budding young thespian.
