Long before the Griswolds, the Willard clan headed to France for a fun-filled family vacation, but instead was plagued by endless comic disasters, making it anything but the ideal family trip. Father Harry (Fred MacMurray) somehow gets trapped in the sewer line, mom Katie (Jane Wyman) finds an unwelcome friend, daughter Amy (Deborah Walley) fancies a ladies' man, and sons Elliott (Tommy Kirk) and Skipper (Kevin Corcoran) are equally ill-behaved.
