After running away from home, teenager Ashley (Siri Baruc) lands on the doorstep of big sis Leslie (Leah Cairns), only to discover she's been turned into a half-vampire by her master, Mr. Jones (Lorenzo Lamas). Leslie and a bevy of other fanged femme fatales host late-night parties and feast on the blood of unsuspecting ravers, but they tire of their half-lives and devise a plan involving Ashley to overthrow Jones and gain full vampire powers.
