Mortal high school student Ichigo and his half-ghost friend, Rukia, are alarmed when unknown spirits descend on their city. As they attempt to discover the spectres' secrets, a mysterious girl named Senna arrives and begins eliminating the ghosts. Senna puzzles Ichigo and Rukia, but their confusion turns to terror when they become trapped in an all-out war of spirits sparked by her actions. This gripping tale is based on a manga by Tite Kubo.
