In New Orleans of 2069, 30-year-old slacker Bernard (Master P) grows tired of the crime and corruption he sees in the inner city. He's helpless to change it -- until he tokes up. Then he becomes Black Supaman, a high-flying, invincible superhero in red tights. His mission is to clean up the streets and protect his fellow citizens … at least until the buzz wears off. Tony Cox, Chris Kennedy and Michael Blackson co-star. Master P also directs.
