When they learn that they're expecting their third child, Jessica (Juliet Mills) and her husband (Gabriele Lavia) are overjoyed. But their joy is short-lived once Jessica's behavior takes a dark and bizarre turn, exhibiting the characteristics of a person possessed. When her Satan-worshipping ex-boyfriend, Dimitri (Richard Johnson), surfaces, Jessica finally learns the horrifying truth -- the child she's carrying belongs to the devil.
