Reprising their roles as martial artists Alex Grady and Tommy Lee respectively, Eric Roberts and Phillip Rhee return to seek justice for the death of their friend Travis Brickley (Christopher Penn) in this action-packed sequel. After Travis is killed in a gangland gladiatorial arena that indulges Las Vegas high rollers, Alex and Tommy risk their lives to take down the slick club owner (Wayne Newton) and his vicious minions.
