Five troubled teens are plucked out of prison and sent to the Florida Everglades for rugged survival training under the command of Vietnam vet Joe Tiger (Stephen Lang). Once Joe's satisfied that he's reformed the thugs, they return to Miami to take on a drug lord. A young Laurence Fishburne and Lauren Holly also star in this campy 1980s crime drama directed by Paul Michael Glaser (Starsky in the classic '70s TV series "Starsky and Hutch").
