At a junkyard in Butcher's Mill, Ill., lovable losers Buddy and Earl (Lance Barber and Billie Worley) cook up a scheme to kidnap a congressman (Chevy Chase). But when the politician has an accident at the local meatpacking plant, their plan turns rotten fast. High jinks abound in this crazy cult comedy written and directed by Scott Dikkers, the editor in chief of The Onion humor magazine. Judah Friedlander ("30 Rock") co-stars.
