Long acclaimed as a perfect fusion of sound and image, this 1973 concert film recorded at Amsterdam's Concertgebouw features piano virtuoso Artur Rubinstein at the peak of his talent and fame. The program includes masterworks by Beethoven, Brahms, Chopin and Schubert, with Bernard Haitink leading the Concertgebouw Orchestra. Also included is "Rubinstein at 90," a revealing interview with the pianist filmed at his Paris home in 1977.
