This uncut version of director Ryuhei Kitamura's chilling drama, based on comic book artist Tsutomu Takahashi's work, gives an unflinching look at the horrid fate handed a prisoner, Tenshu. After somehow failing to die in the electric chair (his punishment for killing the rapists who preyed on his girlfriend), officials give him two choices: Face another execution attempt, or submit himself to bizarre and even dangerous experiments.
