Muhammad Ali made the brutal sport of boxing much more colorful, interesting and, ultimately, satisfying. Director Leon Ichaso brings together Ali's strengths and weaknesses to create a portrait of a flawed but impressive, larger-than-life persona. Taking a close look at Ali's early years, the film works its way to one of his pivotal fights: the 1974 face-off with George Foreman. Co-stars Joe Morton, Vondie Curtis-Hall and Clarence Williams III.
