An African-American doctor (J. Walter Smith) takes drastic measures to protect his family from the harassment of his bigoted neighbors by hiring a bodyguard (Tobar Mayo), injecting him with an experimental serum and transforming him into a civil rights superman. Despite its high camp value, this vintage piece of blaxploitation tackles real social issues of the day and carries a positive message of nonviolence.
