For 20 years, Inspector "Flatfoot" Rizzo (Bud Spencer) has successfully fought crime without using a gun, but when a drug ring starts peddling their wares to kids, they discover that Flatfoot still packs a helluva punch. Kicked off the police force when his fists get him in dutch, Rizzo takes matters into his own lethal hands in this Italian action-comedy. The supporting cast includes Raymond Pellegrin and Angelo Infanti.
