Insomniac writer Brian Loomis (Josh Tucker) heads to the woods, where he hopes he'll find some peace after learning his sister has died. There, his grieving brother-in-law has been holed up for months, apparently hatching a plan to create a portal to his dreams. When Brian arrives at the rustic retreat, he becomes embroiled in a mystery involving some unsolved murders that are far more important than his sleep issues. Or are they?
