Bitter, depressed and suicidal, Max Walker (Tom Sizemore) stages a dramatic end to his broken life by hiring a struggling young film student (Corey Sevier) to document Max's final day on Earth, producing a radically different type of farewell note. But in the process of confronting his demons and saying goodbye to his fractured existence, Max learns something unexpected about living. Ving Rhames also stars in this indie drama.
