Spies Like Us

In director John Landis's slapstick comedy of errant espionage, it's up to Emmett (Chevy Chase) and Austin (Dan Aykroyd) -- two CIA spies who have never left their boring offices in Washington, D.C. -- to save the world from nuclear disaster. Trouble begins when the duo enters the Soviet Union via Afghanistan while trying to avoid detection by the Russian army and rival spies. Look for Terry Gilliam, Sam Raimi and Joel Coen in cameos.
