Action stalwart Michael Dudikoff stars as Quinn Simmons, a remorseful assassin working for a right-wing terrorist group. He takes under his wing young Jason Wells (Brennan Elliot), a new recruit who's actually an undercover FBI agent. Wells soon finds himself framed in a plot to assassinate a presidential candidate in this dramatic thriller. Can Wells uncross the double-cross?
