The Man from London

After railway worker Maloin (Miroslav Krobot) witnesses a murder, he retrieves the victim's briefcase full of money from the harbor. A London police inspector (István Lénárt) comes looking for the cash, but for Maloin it's not about wealth; it's about escaping the monotony of his life. Tilda Swinton, Erika Bók, János Derzsi and Volker Spengler co-star in director Béla Tarr's adaptation of Georges Simenon's novel.
