Patlabor: The Movie

In 21st century Tokyo, more than 8,000 technologically advanced robotic vehicles known as Labors are critical to the government's efforts to build watertight fortifications and protect the country from rapidly rising sea levels. So when two police officers uncover a plot to infect the Labors with a deadly computer virus -- just as a raging typhoon is approaching the shoreline -- they'll have to act fast to prevent almost certain disaster.
