After a chance meeting with a rock group's jinxed manager (Chris Pine), independent New Yorker Ashley (Lindsay Lohan) discovers that she's caught his bad luck like a disease. Now, her only hope of restoring her charmed existence is to stalk the band and find her man. But in the process, she ends up falling for him.
