When he notices that his career has fallen from previous glory, grizzled journalist McWhirter (Ward) is suddenly handed an incredible scoop. A group of terrorists ask him to protect a Palestinian operative involved in the murder of an Israeli mogul, and he is soon pursued by both the FBI and a beautiful assassin. The action quickly comes to a head as McWhirter must decide between his story and the woman he loves.
