Buck Matthews (Gary Busey) was convicted of a crime he didn't commit. After serving his time in prison, he heads to his home in the country with just one desire: to live a quiet, normal life with his wife and daughter. But his peace is shattered when an evil gang of bikers rolls in, striking fear in the entire town. In an effort to safeguard his family, Buck takes on the bikers himself, determined to drive them out of town once and for all.
