At the uppity Cherryvale Academy for Women, Christine Ramsay (Phoebe Cates) and her archrival, Jordan Leigh-Jenson (Betsy Russell), set their sights on the same clueless hunk (Matthew Modine), a student at nearby Freemount Academy for Men. Comedy reigns supreme as the two babes wrangle over their man. Meanwhile, a trio of academy boys, desperate for a glimpse of female flesh, will stop at nothing to catch the Cherryvale girls in the buff.
